SHATTA WALE DETAINED BY EOCO OVER LAMBORGHINI TAX PROBE

Dancehall king Shatta Wale spent Wednesday at the offices of the Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) as investigators questioned him about the tax obligations of his flashy yellow Lamborghini.

According to his manager, Sammy Flex, Wale didn’t get arrested on the streets — he actually walked into EOCO with his lawyer, Cephas Biyuo, to cooperate with the inquiry.

Management says they are working closely with the authorities and hope to have him released “at the earliest opportunity.” They also called on the SM Family to stay calm and avoid wild rumours.

The legal team is expected back at EOCO Thursday morning to continue discussions, with management promising to update fans as things unfold.
