Mass burial held for 16 Saviour Church members k..illed in road a,ccident

Sixteen young members of the Saviour Church of Ghana who l,ost their lives in a road a,ccident have been laid to rest in a mass burial at Obogu in the Asante Akyem North area. subscribe The victims were returning from a church programme when their bus collided with a fuel tanker on the Atwedie stretch of the Kumasi–Accra highway.

Fifteen of them were buried in one large grave, while a child among them was laid to rest separately. A church elder, Mr. Boateng Asumadu, said, “This is a heartbreaking moment not only for the families but for the entire community.” Initial reports suggest the tanker burst a tyre while overtaking, leading to the d,eadly cr,ash. The incident has left the entire township in mourning.
