Pastor Granted Bail Over Shatta wale(shatta movement) Assassination Prophecy Reverend Daniel Yaw Donkoh has been granted bail of GH¢20,000 after being charged with publishing false news. The charge stems from a viral TikTok video in which he claimed to have seen a vision of Ghanaian musician Shatta Wale being assassinated. Police say the prophecy caused fear and emotional distress for the musician and his team. Reverend Donkoh was arrested on July 26, 2025, and appeared before the Dansoman Circuit Court on July 28, where he pleaded not guilty. He is required to report to police every two weeks.
