If you have any claim against Daddy Lumba submit it for redress – Lawyers
Lawyers for the late highlife musician, Charles Kwadwo Fosu, alias Daddy Lumba, have urged any person who wishes to claim something from his estate to submit such requests to them.
According to the lawyers, such claims, once filed, will be resolved accordingly.
“The Fosu Family has taken notice of various videos, public statements and social media posts circulating in recent days alleging claims against Ghana’s iconic musician, the Late CHARLES KWADWO FOSU affectionately known as DADDY LUMBA.

In the spirit of transparency and dignity, all such persons with genuine and verifiable claims against the late Daddy Lumba are respectfully invited to submit such claims to the lawyers of the FOSU FAMILY and such claims will be resolved amicably,” part of a press release issued by Baba Jamal and Associates read.
The press release, dated August 1 and signed by Fati Ali Yallah further stated, “We also serve notice and caution all individuals or media outlets who continue to publish defamatory, unverified or misleading contents about the late Daddy Lumba to desist from such acts or will be held legally accountable.
We urge the general public to act with respect and decorum as we mourn and prepare to bid a befitting farewell to this colossus of a musician.”
